  Description

  Phases Toward Independent Living is an intensive, self-help program designed for developmentally impaired male offenders. The goal of the program is to assist offenders in transitioning from prison to society. It provides knowledge, increases social skills, improves behavior and increases self-esteem to establish realistic goals and perform adult daily living skills on an independent basis.

  Requires staff referrals for offenders identified as developmentally delayed
