Qualification

Counseling experience and or casework with adults including direct delivery of services
Case management experience
Experience in report writing
Ability to work with diverse groups of probationers or population

Career Development/ Career Path

Probation Officer

Providing day to day supervision to probationers, who require intensive and regular probation/parole/postrelease supervision.

Probation Officer Sr.

Providing supervision and has a specialized caseload of high-risk inmates and probationers. Responsible for supervising a team.

Deputy Chief Probation Officer

Supervising Sr. Probation Officers, overseeing case supervisors and report writing to ensure compliance.

Chief Probation Officer

Manages district budget, oversees unit operations for compliance, leads district operations, and collaborates with stakeholders to promote re-entry.
