Description
Helping Women Recover assists women with exploring positive self-discovery and recovery. This comprehensive curriculum includes modeling, role playing, interpersonal and quantitative feedback from participants based on their thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs. This program is structured around four modules/sections addressing common triggers for relapse: (1) Self, (2) Relationships, (4) Sexuality, and (5) Spirituality. This curriculum references the specific needs and issues of the female substance abusing, judicial inmate.

Eligibility
Cognitive Therapeutic Community participants who have a history of substance abuse and criminal conduct and can benefit from learning and practicing tools to prevent recidivism and prevent relapse.
