    Description

    The Courage to Change Journaling Program helps people on probation think about their choices and learn better ways to live. It was made with help from U.S. Probation Offices. People write in journals and talk about what they learn. The goal is to help them make good choices and do well when they return to their community.
    The program covers six main topics:
    • Negative Thinking
    • Criminal Attitudes
    • Low Self-Control
    • Bad Friends
    • Family Problems
    • Drug or Alcohol Use
    It can be done alone or in a group.
