    In this journal, inmates will learn a new approach to understanding the harmful self-defeating behavior that led to their incarceration and hindered their progress towards life goals. Basic Cognitive Skills explores the Five Rules for Rational Thinking and has Inmates conduct a Rational Self-analysis to check and challenge their thinking and beliefs.
