    In Living a Prosocial Lifestyle, Inmates explore four common hurdles to living a prosocial life, then practice identifying thoughts and actions that lead to healthier alternatives. The purpose of the course is to provide inmates with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to make positive changes in their lives, reduce recidivism, and increase their chances of successful reintegration into society.
