    In Women's Criminal Thinking, inmates consider how their patterns of thinking have influenced their lives and learn skills to improve their thinking and get more positive outcomes. The group uses a combination of mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral skills to help inmates improve their use of rational thinking and respond to challenging situations in ways that are helpful.
