Description
The goal of Ready to Work is to increase the Inmates’ future marketability for employment. Inmates create resumes, conduct job searches, complete job applications, practice interviewing, learn about the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, practice dealing with rejections, and learn job retention skills.

Length of Program
Eight to 10 classes long

Eligibility
Inmates: Participants who are within six to 18 months of release. Probationers: CCAP Probationers who are within six months of release. Priority is given to those with a medium or high risk of recidivism.
