    Description

    Substance Use Medicated Assisted Treatment Orientation (SUD MAT Orientation) is designed to provide knowledge to inmates or probationers about medication assisted treatment is a pre-release cognitive-behavioral treatment combined with medication at the point of release, that continues post-release through ongoing referrals, supportive counseling, and probation supervision.  It is an overview of the SUD MAT program.  It provides verbal, visual and written materials to explain available medications, therapies, treatment programs and to provide contact information to SUD MAT professionals such as the Regional Recovery Support Navigators, MAT Social Workers and Statewide MAT Coordinator.
