Description
There is a growing body of evidence that treatments are effective at improving a variety of anger-related problems. These positive effects are found within diverse populations, settings, and locations. The effect of treatment of anger is relatively smaller than that of treatments for anxiety and depression.

Eight sessions

Eligibility
Requires counselor referral. Priority given to inmates with demonstrated needs in anger management, negative thought processes, Substance Use Disorder, and/or mental health issues.
