  Description

  The Behavioral Correction Program is a Substance Use treatment program that circuit court judges can directly sentence qualified inmates.

• 

  Length of Program

  Typically two years. Successful completion of the program is required prior to the inmate’s release.

• 

  Eligibility

  Inmates who meet specific sentencing criteria determined by the VADOC.
