What to Expect
Recruiters will be available to discuss job openings, career paths, benefits, and answer any questions you may have. Candidates should be prepared to be interviewed on the day of the event. If selected for employment, background checks, fingerprinting, drug testing, and medical screening will be carried out on the day of the event which may result in same day offers.

- Proof of eligibility to work (social security card, birth certificate, or passport)
- Proof of highest level of education (original diploma/degree documentation)

VALORS
Under the Virginia Retirement System, VALORS employees are typically eligible to retire approximately 5 years earlier, with a higher retirement multiplier of 2% for qualified positions when they retire.
